User Data Deletion Instructions

1. In-App Self-Service Deletion

  1. Sign into your workspace at https://alactic.in/app.
  2. Open Settings > scroll to Danger Zone.
  3. Click Delete Workspace & Purge All Data and confirm.

2. Email Deletion Request

Send an email from your registered address to support@alactic.in with subject Data Deletion Request. Deletion will be completed within 48 hours.

3. Data Export Before Deletion

Go to Workspace Settings > Data Export > Download Workspace Archive (JSON) to save your historical audit and prompt records.

4. Revoking Google Access

Revoke third-party permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
