2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Alactic operates on three paid subscription tiers: Launch ($49 USD/mo), Voyager ($149 USD/mo), and Galactic ($259 USD/mo). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We provide a full 14-day refund policy on initial subscriptions upon request to support@alactic.in.
4. Acceptable Use & Crawler Limits
You agree to audit only public websites you own or are authorized to inspect. Bounded crawlers enforce SSRF protection, DNS pinning, rate limits, and robots.txt compliance. Denial-of-service or malicious scraping is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% ownership of your workspace content and audit records. Alactic retains all rights to the platform code, interfaces, algorithms, and marks.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Rankings and AI answers are autonomously controlled by third parties; Alactic does not guarantee specific rankings or inclusion. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India hold exclusive jurisdiction.
